TTP is what I call 'Trust the Process'. This is when you and I come together with little agenda and instead open up the session to include whatever it is that may be needed in the current moment. This may or may not include bodywork or energy work.

Vibrational Sound Therapy
Vibrational Sound Therapy (VST) is considered to be one of the most gentle and non-invasive forms of massage. Using singing bowls, chimes, and other soothing sounds, VST aids in decreasing muscle tension, calming your mind, bringing your body functions into balance.
